I have been in Creative / Advertising Sales for over thirty years. I was a former Equity Partner in a Media Company., as a result of being the TOP SALESPERSON for over 27 years. Our co sold Television Advertising Time throughout the US. WE sold Viamedia Broadband , in 2014, after 25years ( 1988- 2014) in business. .
I have invested in Real Estate since my first home at age 23. I own one investment properties and Two rental properties in the Rehoboth beach area. I did reside in Middletown DE ( due to the influx of relocation clients in the next 15 years) also WilmingtonDE when working the whole state. Since Covid. I MOSLTY work 19806 and the DE beaches. Rehoboth is my primary area. However I work Bethany , FENWICK , Dewey , Lewes and Ocean view too. I work as a buyers agent , sellers agent, (helping sellers get the most for their homes). I also enjoy finding investment properties for folks in PA , DE , NJ NYC, and former clients.
I enjoy staging and decorating and playing golf ALWAYS! I am heavily involved in K9 rescue and German shepherd placement and rescue. My dream is to shut down all the kills shelters in the us. And stop killing innocent dogs. AND stop foreign counties from illegally breeding dogs for FOOD ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! Please stop this inhumane nightmare !
