Stacey Kroll

I’ve been in real estate since 2013 and currently serve as a licensed broker and a member of Liv Wisconsin Realty’s leadership team. My role centers on building strong systems, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where agents are supported—and expected—to grow.

I lead agent development across all experience levels, providing coaching, structure, and clear expectations while encouraging agents to take ownership of their business. I’m especially passionate about helping motivated agents build sustainable, high-performing careers through smart systems, consistent habits, and disciplined execution.

In my leadership role, I oversee daily operations and compliance and take a hands-on approach to improving processes, solving problems, and implementing decisions that strengthen the brokerage as a whole. My approach blends accountability with support, fostering a culture where agents are challenged to think bigger, operate professionally, and serve clients at a high level.
