Stacey Merchant

Stacey describes herself as a “what you see is what you get” kind of person. She is genuine, honest and forthright. She pledges to answer every question she can, and use her resourcefulness to find the answers she doesn’t know.
Stacey has been a real estate agent since 2007. She loves that each transaction is different and being a REALTOR is not a standard 9-5 job. She cares for her clients and develops long-term friendships with them. Knowing that her clients are often making a 30-year commitment to a home, she wants to ensure she helps each client find the right fit. For Stacey, the best feeling ever is giving a family the keys to their new home.
Stacey grew up in the Real Estate and Construction industries and previously worked as a sales associate for Marrick Homes. Through her experience, she came to know and love the building and renovating process. Also, she learned key skills in multitasking, working at a fast pace and thinking “outside the box” with marketing techniques.
Born in Maryland, Stacey grew up in Fort Washington and Waldorf. Today she lives in Nanjemoy, MD where she enjoys the country lifestyle with her family. She loves being close to the water, crabbing, fishing and having a lot of space for her kids to play. In her spare time, Stacey is involved with SMAR and runs her kids to dance, soccer and swim!
