Stacey's the best. It's a small sample size for us, she's the only agent I've ever talked to — but I still believe it's true! From our first conversation she made us feel super comfortable as first-time homebuyers. She knows the area, knows the best people to work with, she's insanely responsive, and she's also super super cool and down to earth. She was extremely straightforward and honest with us, and educated us on the home buying process every step of the way. She was super patient with us (and we had a million questions).

We're happy in our new spot, but if I'm ever looking to buy again I'll definitely use Stacey.

We had a wonderful experience working with Stacey in our search for a home in Santa Cruz. She was very responsive and able to get us in to properties for a viewing within hours of listing. I cannot say enough about how incredible Stacey was to work with when buying my home recently. I was not quite in the market for a house, yet the perfect home came along...with only 48 hours to the offer deadline! Stacey not only agreed to represent me but helped me get prequalified for a loan...on a holiday weekend no less! She took a lot of time walking me through all the steps and documents needed to submit my offer. I was blessed enough to have my offer accepted and Stacey held my hand all the way through the closing process and beyond. She went way above and beyond by calling in additional inspections and contractor bids for needed work and was supportive and helpful long past closing. Two months later and Stacey continues to check in to ensure we are happy with our purchase and are settling in! I would highly recommend Stacey for your real estate needs.

Stacey Mitchell is a very competent and compassionate person who is not only very knowledgeable about real estate but also follows up quickly and is always willing to do the extra research when required. We were very impressed with her professional advise on how to put in a bid that would further one's chances to rise to the top of the bidding game.

We highly recommend her as a top choice for a realtor and absolutely loved her positive, creative, and very intuitive approach to the highly emotional business of finding and buying the right home to live in. I am so grateful to have found Stacey to represent my family in finding our perfect home. She knew all of the local information and even knew of places coming onto the market that weren't yet. Since my family has differences of opinions on our "perfect" home, I saw her have a lot of patience and tact with us. She never tired in our search, even after 2 years!! Stacey is a God-send! She helped us find and close our dream home in a short amount of time. From offer to close was 12 days! The whole experience with house hunting was fun and exciting and NEVER stressful. Stacey explained everything, was always transparent and super honest, she communicated well with us, and above all, she really listened to our wants and needs. There was never any pressure from her, quite the opposite actually! We had always heard that buying a home would involve some stress, but we encountered none. As empty nesters my husband and I have been putting off selling our home in Gilroy and going up north for a few years. The thought of selling a house that we’ve been in for 15 years was daunting. Well, Stacey made the process seem effortless. Every step of the way she was our champion!! She truly was on our side. Always there to answer the multitude of questions I always had. She has a multi-prong approach in selling a home which include advice on staging, a website, professional photos and a video. Stacey is very organized and her follow through is amazing. She priced it so that we had multiple offers before the second day of showing the house was over. We ended up going into contract in less then a week of being on the market for +$100k over list!!!! We are thrilled and can’t wait to move onto the next phase in our lives. Thank you Stacey!!!
