Stacey Ofsanko

Stacey Utter Ofsanko was born and raised in Greensboro after her family moved to the area from upstate NY. Her background includes a career in politics and non-profits, for which she managed campaigns, organized grassroots efforts, conducted research, and raised funds. With this experience, this proud Grimsley Whirlie and UNC-Chapel Hill Tar Heel brings a broad range of skills to residential real estate including strategic thinking, decision-making, message development, and problem solving. Most importantly, Stacey's main goal is to make sure her clients are happy by advocating for them in an ethical manner at all times. After stints in Chapel Hill, Jacksonville (NC), Emerald Isle, Wilmington, Raleigh, and Nashville (TN), Stacey returned to her hometown of Greensboro where she currently resides with her husband, two children, and sweet yellow Lab, Piper.
