Stacey Ricci

Stacey Ricci has been involved in the real estate industry since 1999. In 2010, she started working as a new home specialist and real estate agent at Southport, a 55+ active adult community in Mashpee. There she assisted buyers with the buying and building process, including everything from choosing their buildable lot to the property closing. Her knowledge of local real estate does not end there, and she continued to work for a local brokerage until joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 2022. Stacey continues to help her clients with their real estate needs in a professional and seamless transaction. She is responsive, a good communicator, and takes on the task of managing the transaction smoothly, whether assisting buyers or sellers.

Stacey has two sons, one of whom is currently enrolled at a local community college and the other serves in the United States Navy. When she is not working, Stacey and her partner Jim enjoy sailing in the British Virgin Islands, and spending time on Scorton Creek.
