I help you quickly zero in on homes that meet your needs, and I get the answers you need. I connect you with vetted contractors, lenders, and other professionals throughout the home buying process.
I guide you step-by-step through writing your offer, and I manage and negotiate the ins and outs of the purchase from start to finish to get you the best and smoothest deal possible. I provide expertise, data and context to help you make informed decisions.
When LISTING a home:
I go the extra mile to help you sell your home. Everyone SHOULD be doing professional photography, staging, and marking, but I step it up. I present your home in the best light possible, getting you more offers, higher offers, and on to your next step faster.
I am respected among my colleagues. I’m low drama. Strong, but fair. I have a reputation for being easy to work with, so when an agent sees my name on a sign, they want to bring their buyers through.
I do all these things and more, but here’s where I differentiate myself: I am warm, calm, consistent, and steady. I will be honest and transparent. You will know whenever I see or learn something that’s important--good or bad--and we will be in regular communication so you never have to wonder.
I only take on a select number of clients because I want to offer my very best and I want it to be a good fit. My focus is on quality, not on quantity. I want this relationship to continue beyond the closing, so it matters to me who I work with.

I grew up in Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, sailing Lake Superior.
Yes, it's very cold there.
I have a Bachelor's and a Master's in Music Education and taught all grade levels including college.
I met my awesome husband, Michael, in college.
We have two girls who are smart and funny and keep us crazy busy!
I LOVE planning and taking trips.
My love language is Oreos and wine.
