Her knowledge of the territory that we wanted to locate in was phenomenal. I would have never found a number of these offerings if she hadn't known the area as well as she did. She always kept track of us and our progress via email and cell phone. She was always available for advice, even on the weekends. 04/06/2011 - Frogtownerz - From Zillow.com Sold a home in 2011. We bought an REO foreclosure that was a challenge from beginning to end. Stacey did an excellent job of acting as a dual agent - sometimes you hear that in a dual agent situation, they don't look after the buyer's interest as much during the process. Not in this case. When problems came up (and there were many), Stacey did everything she could to get things smoothed out & back on track - keeping on top of title, escrow and the bank until the problems were worked out. She definitely goes to bat for you! When we needed additional information on the property, she would make sure that we had it and that all questions were answered, and she would get back to us very quickly - in many cases right away. When we were getting our home inspection done, it was determined that we needed a roofing inspection, and we needed it done that same day. Stacey called around and found us a great roofing contractor that came out within a matter of hours. She handled everything in a friendly, professional manner and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or to hire her in the future!
