I highly recommend Stacey because of her professionalism, knowledge of the Bay Area, commitment to her clients and her network.

We could not have asked for a better home buying experience thanks to Stacey! Navigating the real estate market in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, etc. can be daunting and as a native of the area, Stacey was super familiar with the neighborhoods and market trends so we could better focus our search.

Throughout the search, Stacey was very patient and took the time to understand our criteria. When we wanted to see a property, she always made herself available or connected us with one of her colleagues if she was out of town. We never felt pressured to make a decision and knew Stacey had our best interests in mind.

From offer to close, there are many details, and Stacey was very organized and communicated expectations regularly. After the sale was finalized, we had a list of projects for the home and Stacey provided great referrals for the work.

Thanks to Stacey we found and bought our dream home in Sunnyvale! Stacey is a committed, diligent, and responsive realtor who can act fast and is very generous with her time.

Not only was she happy to spend hours at a time with us, many times late into the night, to tour homes or discuss and prepare offers, but she was also very reactive whenever we were interested in a home, acting fast so we wouldn't miss out on it (e.g. scheduling tours for the following morning).

She diligently combed through hundreds of pages of disclosures for us, identifying potential issues and alerting us to important details we easily missed. She was always willing to clearly explain every little detail in disclosures and contracts. She also has a lot of knowledge about the different types of homes in Silicon Valley (e.g. Eichlers) and the typical issues to watch out for when purchasing one.

She worked very hard to help us make an informed bid, calling many listing agents of homes under contract to gather price points so we could price our offer according to the market and win the bid. She put us in touch with two lenders who could fully underwrite us in record time and close in 21 days, making our offer even stronger. She also put us in touch with contractors during escrow so we could plan renovations after the close.

Buying a home is an exhausting and stressful process, especially in the Bay Area where everything moves so quickly (3 days to get lending and put an offer together is a "runway"!). Stacey confidently reassured us and made us feel at easy throughout.

Stacey is very resourceful and knowledgeable about the market and closed many deals from South San Francisco to San Jose. She fought for us and thanks to her we're very happy in our new home!

Highly recommend Stacey. She knows the Peninsula, and helped us find a needle in a haystack. She is strategic, forthcoming, highly communicative, and in your corner. She also went above and beyond, even after closing, to make our family feel welcome and informed about the area (we relocated from out of state).

One-line summary: Buying a home for first time home buyers in the current market can be very stressful and daunting, unless you have Stacey in your corner!

From day one, Stacey was very understanding of our needs and our tight budget, and did everything to help us find a home for us. She helped us understand the market, the disclosures, gave us the right guidance and strategize our game plan which made us feel confident when we were ready to put down offers. She was very honest about what the thought of the property or what the selling price for a particular place might be which saved us from wasting a bunch of time and zero down on what was right for us. Even when we felt disheartened after 1 month of searching to no avail, Stacey was always there to cheer us on and reminding us that the perfect house is out there for us. Ultimately, when we found a house that we loved and it had multiple offers (I honestly thought we would not get the place), Stacey went to bat for us with the sellers assuring them of our intent to buy the house and how the place was perfect for us. My wife and I both feel that this phone call was the reason for us getting the house and we can’t thank Stacey enough for it.

Her help didn’t end there, she put us in touch with all the right contractors and tradesmen that helped us upgrade the services in our house, clean it and get it ready for move-in. Stacey is lovely person overall, and her personal attention to all our needs, patience in answering our silly questions and her dedication to her clients make her a true concierge realtor and we absolutely loved working with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Bay Area looking to buy a home!

Stacey helped us get our dream house. The house we were interested in required some major renovation. To make sure we made an offer with a reasonable price, she helped to estimate the remodeling cost in a very detailed way and the estimated cost turned out to be very close to the actual cost. During the bidding war, she used some very smart strategy to get us the home! Before closing, Stacey was also very helpful on introducing us with contractors, open door for us whenever we need. I felt great working with Stacey, she is always very kind and ready to help.

Would give 6 stars if we could. We were first time home buyers and Stacey went above and beyond to help us find a house in our price range. She is so nice, friendly, and a joy to work with. She interfaced with our mortgage broker and once we had the house, helped set up moving and the work we wanted done. Stacey was and continues to be a huge help. I was a first time home buyer and she helped me purchase a Townhome. She met with me to help me get a feel for what I wanted in a home, and gave great suggestions on things to look out for and what to prioritize. She recommended me to a great loan officer that made the process super stress free and was able to close in 1 month without any issues.

When it came to submitting offers Stacey was always answering my questions and getting info about comps and kept in constant communication with the seller and the lender, with her help my second offer was accepted! As we went through the process she spent many hours over the phone with me listening to my concerns and helping me stay focused on what really mattered. I am impressed at how smooth the entire process went considering the current market, but I'm certain that her help made all the difference. Post-sale she has been helping schedule flooring installation and a garage door technician and I've been happy with her recommendations.

Stacey is great to work with and I never felt pressured to make a decision, overall she is a wonderful person and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Stacey helped me get the condo. It was my first time to purchase the condo. I had no idea how and where I could start. She gave me great overview about whole process at the first virtual meeting. She answered all my questions clearly and promptly and was with me, on my side, at every important steps through the whole process very professionally, even during the remodeling and moving process. She has wide and great local network with agents, lenders and contractors. I satisfied all her recommendations so far. Many friends said that buying house would be tough and stressful. But, not at all for me. It was fun and I enjoyed a lot. I think that is because of her professionalism, energy and being positive. I will recommend her to my family and close friends.

Stacey Woods is THE realtor you want by your side when navigating the harrowing and anxiety-inducing experience of buying your first home.

Our lender had some delays and it began to feel like the purchase was slipping through our fingers. I was thus quite impressed with her masterful conduction of the buying process itself. Though my fiance and I were overwhelmed by these complications, we thankfully had Stacey on our team who worked day and night to resolve the issues.

Without Stacey's persistence, advocacy and expert knowledge, I don't think we'd have gotten the house of our dreams.

In a very rough period in my life, I saw Stacey's picture plastered on a home for sale across from my newly acquired condo. On a whim, I reached out for help with a tenant who was making the sale of my old condo challenging.

Reaching out to Stacey was one of the best impulsive decisions I've ever made! She has since supported me in numerous ways dealing with tenants, advising on property sales, and in general, with all decision-making related to being a homeowner.

It was tough letting go of our kids' childhood home but Stacey went above and beyond to ease the anxiety. She perfectly balanced which decisions we wanted to be involved with against those we didn't. For instance, she expertly walked us through the sale process and gave us multiple marketing strategies. But then once a target sale price and budget was outlined, Stacey scheduled - and most importantly - supervised, all the various work required to get the house ready for market without us lifting a finger. Thankfully she has a local knowledge of crafts people and is very responsive because she had to resolve many issues in an aging house.! The end staging was beautiful. Emphasizing the backyard and pool from a drone vantage point was wonderful and helped buyers visualize the house. As a consequence, only truly interested buyers scheduled walk-throughs which we really appreciated. There were multiple offers, all over the asking price, and Stacey presented a spread sheet to help personalize which would be our best fit. She was right on about the market price, she was right on about which tasks to do and not to do to achieve that price, and she was warm and super helpful through all of it. Our neighbor was so impressed they asked her to help them out too!
