Tim and Stacia are a rockstar team! I can't say enough about how seamless my family’s transition to Arizona has gone, largely because The Ehlen Team orchestrated one of the most stressful parts, buying a house while in another state! From start to finish, I knew we were in good hands. We opted for a new home build, which brought additional steps and many decisions along the way. Tim and team proactively engaged with us, checked in throughout the project and provided valuable recommendations as we considered options for our new home build. When it came time to walk through the near finished product, Tim joined our walkthrough with a keen eye for detail pointing out areas to touch up prior to us moving in. It felt like Tim was an extension of us, which is a testament to the level of service and care The Ehlen Team provides their clients. It was like they treated our walkthrough as if they were walking through their own home. I truly felt that my family was in great hands. Tim Ehlen and his team are super knowledgeable in the local East Valley market. We have used Tim to purchase multiple properties, and he is always super responsive and accommodating of tight schedules. Tim started us off on our journey for a new home with updating us with available houses on the market on a regular basis. When we decided to go the new build route instead he quickly shifted gears and supported us through that as well, to include sending us progress pictures during the build. What a help he was through the process answering questions and doing background research to provide accurate answers, he lives in the same neighborhood so he and his wife are great sources of information for all things Morrison Ranch. Great asset to have at the final walk throughs as well. Really has an eye for detail and knew all the things to check to ensure the builder provided a spectacular end product. They take great care of their clients! Would for sure recommend.

I primarily worked with Tim but Stacia has also helped with some of the home tours. I met Tim through an investment partner as we were primarily looking at rental properties. As an out of state investor in real estate, it was definitely a challenging situation to try and understand all of the potential issues doing this remotely. However, Tim was flexible and detail oriented sending us videos of each property. Also, since we were new to the area, they would help provide details on locations we found potential rental properties as well as had feedback from rentometer and from a property manager on how well it might rent in the market. Tim was quick to provide updates through the offer and negotiation period, clarifying what we should do with our negotiations, and helping us through the home inspections critical for the AZ environmental conditions, and closing. We highly recommend Tim as we have purchased 5 homes together in the past 1.5 years all remote during the pandemic and each one has been a huge success!

Tim & Stacia are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of the Valley is in unmatched. When we were looking for our home in Gilbert, Tim was at our beck and call when it came to looking at listings that we found. He was prompt to call and make us an appointment to see any house we were interested in. Tim was quick and professionally aggressive when we submitted our offer on the house we really wanted. Our offer was accepted and we are so grateful. I quickly referred Tim to my Mom & Dad to find their homes here in the valley.

I was recommended to Tim by friends currently living in Morrison Ranch. Tim called me back within 24 hours and after discussing what I was looking for (a single story in Morrison Ranch), he set me up straight away on the MLS. After briefly considering the new home build route, Tim informed me that he could get me into a home that fit what I was looking for before it went on the market (exactly why I reached out to work with him!). Loved the house and within 72 hours, I put an offer in and it was accepted! Although I only had the pleasure of working with Tim for a short period, my experience with him was fantastic. I reached out to the Ehlen Team after I received a cash offer from an investor (Tim helped me purchase my first home!). Stacia and Tim offered their advice and they did inform me that the offer was on par with current market prices. However, Stacia was able to get an offer that was a few thousand higher than the original investor option and had a 60 day leaseback which allowed us to close on the sale of our current home and stay in the house until we were able to purchase our new home. With the funds from the sale of my our current home in pocket,  Tim and Kathy from the Ehlen Team set up showings for us and construct a competitive offer on a bigger home for our family. Our offer was accepted, which was very exciting because we started this process with a stressful timeline. Our first baby’s due date is in Mid-July and we started this whole process in May and closed on our new home the last week of June. The Ehlen Team really came through for my family and I recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

The Ehlen team is amazing to work with!! Me and my wife had our eyes on a specific floor plan and knew the area we wanted to be in but couldn’t find what we wanted in our price range. Tim went above and beyond to find us the exact floor plan we wanted and it was in our price range! We sold our prior home with Stacia while Tim helped facilitate our new home purchase.
