Stacia Welborn

Stacia Welborn has called a historic area of Wilmington home since 2005. Originally from Kentucky, Stacia’s love of real estate blossomed when she relocated to Wilmington. After buying her own historic property, she helped family members find their own local dream homes and ultimately found her career path in real estate. As a teacher of dance and Pilates for many years, Stacia’s love of teaching shines through in educating and informing her clients throughout the entire transaction. She realizes home buying and selling can be an overwhelming experience and Stacia excels at connecting with her clients and guiding them through the entire process.

Given the historic nature of her house, Stacia completed extensive renovations on her home and now brings that expertise to her work in real estate. She also manages her own short-term rental property and uses her personal know-how to guide clients through the process of creating rental properties that will regularly book short- or long-term tenants. Stacia has an eye for design and loves helping sellers get their homes styled for listing and loves helping buyers have a vision for the design possibilities in their new home.

Stacia is thrilled to be an agent with RE/MAX Essential of Wilmington. When she isn’t assisting clients, volunteering at her son’s school, or helping out a neighbor, she can be found at the beach, in one of Wilmington’s many beautiful parks, having dinner downtown or on a hiking trail. Stacia’s son, Lincoln, can answer any questions about local fishing, mountain bike trails, the best playgrounds in town and where to find the best local seafood.
