I have an update! My below review was for Stacy's incredible guidance and facilitation of my fiance's first home, now it was my turn to take advantage of her amazing services. I knew then how amazing it would be to have her on my side and I was right! Right now is such a crazy market to navigate through; Stacy was so knowledgeable and gave me sound advice for not only preparing for the sale of my home, but also for understanding the legal jargon behind my offers through to my contract. Not to mention the above and beyond effort she placed in marketing my home with such beautiful photos and in multiple markets. Stacy has been so outstanding through this process, that my parents, who are typically against using realtors for selling and buying homes, are planning to use her when they're ready to sell. Would absolutely recommend Stacy! We'll be using her again when we're ready for a bigger home for our growing family. Thank you Stacy!

Stacy is such a wonderful realtor! Every experience I've had with her has left me impressed and more than happy. My husband and I could not have been happier with Stacy. We moved to Colorado from out of state (stressful), and she seemed to make the whole process smooth and painless. Stacy was very thorough, sending emails with listings of houses which met our requirements (not an easy task!). She made herself available for showings during the times we would be in town. Once we made an offer on a home, she helped with negotiations in a very timely manner, and I wholeheartedly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. She is always pleasant, prompt, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Stacy to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Stacy is such an amazing realtor! She helped me prepare my house for sale, provided me with all the resources I needed to consider in my very first sale, as well as offered support and answered all my questions. Stacy and her team are such a pleasant and helpful group and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you need help selling your home, or buying one, Stacy would be an immensely helpful and wonderful guide. She sold my house in quite literally 10 minutes (on the market), as she put a great amount of work and effort into prepping my home for sale. She put so much fervor into the presentation of my home to include photos for beautiful flyers and setting up showings! 10 out of 10 would use her services again! -- Dennis

Stacy Blair easily earns our recommendation. We used Stacy to search for and purchase a home in the Denver area from out of state. Buying and selling homes in Silicon Valley for 30 years has made us demanding and selective about realtors, and Stacy delivered. We appreciated her ownership of the process, market knowledge, hard work, and her efficient and thorough communications. By the time we showed up to tour our final list of properties, spanning Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, DTC, Castle Pines, and CGC Parker, she had prepared us well with background information about the communities and the fit with our interests.

During the offer and negotiating process, Stacy was sharp. We could not have been more pleased.

Stacy’s service did not end there. We were absent for inspections, absent for the closing, and absent and for contract work following closing. Stacy monitored all activity at the property, arranged for a smooth closing from out of state, kept an eye on the property after the close, and greeted us with open arms when we finally moved in two months later.

Working with Stacy was a pleasure from start to finish.
