I wish there were more than 5 stars! Stacy is truly incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable and is the type of person and professional you want with you on your home buying journey. Her communication, organization and attention to detail made buying a home stress free! We were first time home buyers and she explained everything so thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. Our experience was truly amazing!

Stacy is THE best realtor I’ve ever worked with and here’s why: Stacy conducted a market analysis of my home which precisely priced the value of my home allowing me to receive 18 showings and 7 offers within 48 hours of joining the market. Furthermore, she was able to negotiate the sale of my home at $20,000 over listing price, no inspection and closing in under 30 days! Truly amazing work on behalf of a seller and I couldn’t have asked for better. Her customer service is remarkable as she provided a quantitative comparison chart of all offers to help you decided which offer is best for you. I will never use any other realtor because I know and trust Stacy has my vision in mind in all aspects of the sale. Finally, she donates a portion of all her profits to an animal shelter that she truly has a passion for which just makes everything she did that much sweeter. Use Stacy! You will be successful!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Ms. Bond as our realtor. The experience from start to finish was seamless, calm, and... "easy". Stacy was patient in her explanations, and never showed irritation in having to explain things more than once. The best part of working with Stacy was her communication! We were selling our property from another state- so it was very important for us to be kept in the loop at all steps, and feel assured that we were getting the best deal. Stacy has sold houses for me, my sister, and is currently working with my father- she's the family realtor now! Wish she were working on getting a license here in California so she could help us buy a place in two years :-)

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy. She went above and beyond every step of the way when we were selling our home.

After learning about Stacy's extensive background in real estate, we knew from the beginning that we had made the right choice. At no point, did we ever question that decision. Stacy kept us informed during the entire process. She was honest and up-front about everything we could expect. We ended up receiving an offer above our asking price a day after our home went on the market. I attribute this all to Stacy's ability to read the market and set realistic expectations of our home's value. (I almost must mention that the photos and virtual tour that she arranged were simply stunning.)

After this experience, we truly consider Stacy a lifelong friend. We are relocating again soon, and Stacy even assisted us with finding another realtor out of the area.
