Stacy is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced agent who helped us find a great home! We are new to the St. Louis area and quite frankly didn't know much about the different neighborhoods or how to navigate to places of interest. Stacy was very professional and transparent in helping us find area what was right for us, and her in experience knowing what warning signs and red flags to look for when touring homes gave us much more confidence when we did find the right one for us. We even had some nonstandard financing to deal with, and Stacy knew exactly how to handle that what extra forms were going to be needed. Moving to a new city is never easy, but Stacy made it as painless as it can be. We could not recommend her enough!

If you’re looking for an amazing real estate agent, look no further! Stacy is honest, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and thorough. Honestly the list goes on and on. Stacy was our rock during the time we were looking for our first home. Anytime we didn’t understand something or had more questions, Stacy was always there to answer and provide recommendations. She was always coming up with new ideas on how to make our offers more comepetive and reassuring us that we would find the right one. She was a great guide during the post purchase time frame, helping us get bids on work that needed to be done, giving us a list of recommended contractors, etc. Even now, Stacy is always there to provide assistance. She made scary things feel a lot less scary with her by our side. I could not recommend her enough!

Top Shelf Agent. Living out of state and working with an agent that only your daughter knew was a huge leap for us , but the trust and belief that she had in Stacy that she would help us find our "forever home" soon bled over to us and we connected with her easily. She kept communications open between the three of us and if we had questions, she would respond quickly. She had to do the house visits with my daughter every time we would find one we liked, but she also knew background of those homes and would let us know right away if we should mark that as a no go. For instance, we needed a large flat back yard and she knew from having shown it before that there really wasn't a back yard as it went straight downhill. It saved a lot of time and effort on my daughters part. Then when we finally made abid she walked us thru that process, and all the back and forth stuff, keeping us informed every step of the way. She had even given us some choices of who we might want to use as a lender in the beginning so we could get that started and get and approval amount letter which would make things much easier. Stacy and the mortgage company we chose worked together beautifully all the way to the end when we handed them a Check and they handed us the keys to our beautiful home. Stacy is a Rock Star or what we consider a "Top Shelf Agent"!!! Thank you Stacy!

Best experience we've ever had with a Realtor. Stacy was the best Realtor we have ever worked with over the last 25 years and 5 houses. She actually listened when we told her our thoughts on our home's value, she had top notch photographers to take the pictures, and had great advice as to how to make our house stand out. We talked to two other realtors prior to Stacy when we decided to sell our house, and in the end with Stacy we sold our house for about $75-100K more than other realtors told us we would. It would be a mistake to work with anyone else in the sale of your home.

The most knowledgeable agent ever! . Stacy was the best agent I could have asked for as a first-time homebuyer! She is so knowledgeable, both in the home buying process and when showing homes. She was able to point out certain things to look for in homes and it made me feel so comfortable. Additionally, she helped me make competitive offers and was always available. She was extremely quick to set up showings for houses I wanted to see! Once my offer was accepted she guided me through the closing process - to top it all off, at closing she gave me a hard-bound book with all documents related to my house in it at closing! She listed my home for a realistic price and it sold quickly and at a price that exceeded my expectations. She has a resourse of people she referred to me for upgrades and repairs that were needed for the house. Stacy’s expertise is so helpful. Stacy’s knowledge and expertise as a realtor is incredibly helpful. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but with her 20+ years of experience, she led the way. She knows how to navigate the process and can answer almost any question you throw her way. If she doesn’t, she will find out. I relied heavily on her opinion on the houses we visited, which helped me decide whether to place an offer or not. I could tell she had my best interests at heart, which was great to know. She also has the patience of a saint. It took 9 months for me to find a home, but like Stacy said, everything is meant to be!
