Stacy Germaniuk

Stacy is one of three partners of Synergy Real Estate Partners. Her vast knowledge of Scottsdale and personable demeanor are just a few of the reasons why she is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after real estate agents in the area.

When Stacy earned two degrees from The University of British Columbia in Canada, real estate was far from what she saw herself doing. It was a vacation to Scottsdale that changed everything. After falling in love with the area, she decided her vacation did not need to end and decided to stay. Three years of getting acquainted with the area inspired her to begin her real estate career here. To Stacy, selling a home is more than talks about square footage or floor plans.

She thrives on selling all the things that make Scottsdale an incredible place to live. Stacy is an avid golfer, skier, pickle baller and sports enthusiast. She also had eight rewarding years playing women's hockey for the Prince George Rebels.

When she is not exploring the fine dining and shopping in Scottsdale, they can find her with her friends at a great happy hour spot.
