Stacy Gerson

Stacy is a third generation Colorado native and second generation Colorado Realtor. Stacy has been married over 30 years and raised two sons and now has 3 grandsons. She started her Real Estate career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker and shortly joined a highly successful team where she worked primarily as a Buyer Broker and within 3 years had closed over 100 homes. Stacy opened My House Realty in 2016 and currently works from her Lakewood home. Stacy has a relationship with a Real Estate referral firm that offered her the opportunity to become licensed in four additional states, Illinois, Indiana, Washington and Minnesota. She completed the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) and Certified Negotiation Expert Designation (CNE) in 2010Stacy has established relationships with quality lenders and title companies to make the home buying and selling process smooth for her clients.
