Stacy Holscher

Stacy entered the Real Estate industry in 2013 and is currently a licensed Broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. The proud wife of a retired US Army Veteran, her passion for Real Estate formed over several military relocations and her desire to help advocate and guide consumers through the exciting milestones of buying and selling property. It is important to her to earn and build a relationship of trust with each client, in a no-pressure environment. She works hard to not only solve problems but also anticipate them. Her commitment is to be with you every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome. She is here to listen, educate, guide, negotiate, and be your advocate.

Stacy enjoys giving back to her industry, her team, and her community. As a volunteer leader, Stacy has served on several committees and groups with Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. When she's not focused on real estate, Stacy enjoys going on hiking adventures with her dog and spending free time with her husband, friends and family boating on the Potomac River.
