We recently worked with Stacy on a fairly complicated transaction---selling one Maui condo and buying another. Obviously timing was everything!

Stacy got our condo sold in about 24 hours, then helped us negotiate a deal for our new condo. Finally, she followed both deals through escrow including a 1031 Exchange. Sold condo closed in 27 days, and new condo shortly thereafter. Stacy was with us all the way, and we couldn't have been happier!

Stacy was amazing, devoting countless hours of time to helping us find and purchase a condo that was perfect for us. She patiently helped us visit and bid on multiple properties in a competitive market, always with professionalism and good humor.
