We recently worked with Stacy on a fairly complicated transaction---selling one Maui condo and buying another. Obviously timing was everything!

Stacy got our condo sold in about 24 hours, then helped us negotiate a deal for our new condo. Finally, she followed both deals through escrow including a 1031 Exchange. Sold condo closed in 27 days, and new condo shortly thereafter. Stacy was with us all the way, and we couldn't have been happier!
