We recently sold our house with the very capable assistance of Kira Cramer. Selling and moving is always stressful, but in this case none of the stress came from our realtor. When we finished the whole process, Kira kindly made a donation in our name to a charity that was very relevant to our experience. That was clearly above and beyond the requirements of her role as realtor.

On top of all of that Kira ably negotiated a price for our home that was beyond our wildest expectations. Her efforts on our behalf definitely paid off. We could not have asked for more from our realtor.

She was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She was easy to communicate with and responded to any and all questions in a very timely manner. She had excellent recommendations to help us prepare our house for listing and had potential buyers lined up before it was even listed. The way that Sharon Fury has helped our family is something we could never forget.
We are a young married couple with 3 children and it was our first time buying a home. We had a few months before the lease on our apartment was done and she assured us that we would have time to get everything done. Obviously we were nervous and uneducated on many things about the typical process. The way that Sharon informed us by not only answering our seemingly small and silly questions but also reassuring us that we had every right to ask anything that made us nervous is quickly what made us feel like we were immediately taken under her wing. Each time she spoke with us it was similar to speaking with a family member that you've known your whole life.
She helped us find a place that seemed to fit this family in every possible way. The house also went above and beyond what was on our original checklist and still stayed within our budget. A perfect spot in town for the school district we refused to leave. All before the time limit was over from our old place, too! The starter home we didn't know we could have, but also deserved. Emily Weaver came into our home buying journey when we had the rug pulled out from under us. With closing a few days away we were alerted to a major deed issue and could not purchase the home we were already living in and were working toward buying for the past year. I don't know to start. We used Stacy Mellott Group with REMAX to sell our home on South 4th Street in Chambersburg. Stacy is a very personal and and very responsive to your needs. I first ask her to look at a private contract on a house that we were purchasing. At that I point she wasn't even our realtor. She immediately responded and gave me guidance on some things in the contract that she felt was not in our interest, so we made changes and everything worked out great on our private purchase of our new home. I then ask her to list and work with us on the selling our home of almost 34 years. She came to house and made some suggestion of things that would improve the sell. My wife wanted to make other changes and Stacy said don't do that, only do it if during the process we needed too. Our house was listed and sold in 5 days and at a better price than we were asking. After we first signed the contract, Stacy even called and said we should list higher than we agreed on. Stacy is a professional and VERY responsive to your needs. She is amazing and very reliable. She knows how to get things done and doesn’t mess around! She walked us through step by step, explained everything in great detail and made us feel so confident during the whole process. I can not recommend Stacy enough! Stacy is greatly gifted at what she does. I also recommended Stacy to a friend and they now have their building lots list for sale.

Stacy was absolutely fabulous. She worked tirelessly to get me and my family into our forever home. We experienced a lot of issues with inspection and needed renovation. I was ready to give up and cut my losses, but Stacy assured me we would get there. She never gave up when I am sure other realtors would have!
