After that, she was part owner of a construction company that specialized in interior and exterior painting for 8+ years while also raising her two daughters. Stacy Skoog has been personally involved in multiple real estate investments and "flipping" of homes in the past and thoroughly enjoyed learning that side of real estate. Stacy is an amazing realtor. She went far and above any realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working. This current market placed more demand on the realtor, given the stoppage of open houses for so many months, and Stacy worked her magic in order to meet with us at every house we wanted to view. After Kevin and I conducted about 100 drive-by’s, Stacy showed us about 30-40 homes within a 50+ mile radius (mind you she was already meeting us about 40 miles from her home at the closest viewing), worked up 9 different home offers, and WE finally won!! This wasn’t just a win for Kevin and I, but for Stacy too. We spent the better part of six months every weekend looking at homes. Through the entire process, Stacy remained positive and helped us broaden our location scope based on what we kept saying we liked/didn’t like. We will be forever grateful for all Stacy did to help us find our forever home. Stacy will be our go to realtor as long as we’re in the Seattle, WA area and she should be your choice too! Stacy became a life long friend through this process and for that we are blessed.
