We used Stacy for both buying and selling this year, and it was a phenomenal experience from our initial contact when we were looking to buy in July right through the closing of our sale this past week. The home we sold was on the market less than two weeks before an offer came in. In the meantime other houses in the neighborhood have been on the market far longer or are still on the market with far less engagement if Zillow, Realtor.com, etc., are any indication. The house was staged well, photographed well, marketed well, and priced well. We've bought and sold before, but we still had the usual anxieties one has when dealing with something this big. Stacy was there for us every step of the way helping us talk through and think through questions and concerns we had. I would, without hesitation, recommend Stacy to family and friends looking to buy in the Orlando area, and will certainly plan to use her for any future real estate sales and purchases in the future.

She provided all the information of costs and how much we would make approximately from selling. She guided us through our decision and answered any questions we had. We decided to put our house on the market. It was seamless. In the crazy market we are in currently, she made the process not overwhelming. We accepted an offer within 72 hours of putting our house up for sell. best and gets things done.” I found this to be true
and can now share more specifically what makes
Stacy so great. As a first time homebuyer I had
many questions along the way. Stacy always
made sure my questions were answered same
day and if she didn’t know the answer no later
than the next. It may sound like that’s what your
realtor is supposed to do but I work full time and
couldn’t always ask for Stacy’s help between 9
and 5. Stacy answered many calls and texts

My husband and I were so grateful to Stacy Wilson for her expertise. We had both a house to sell and a home to purchase so needed someone with experience in handling lots of details. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She gave great advice in regards to getting our house ready for it's sale, which happened very quickly, and for the price we wanted. The home she helped us find is perfect for us. Because of her negotiation skills we got the house even though there were multiple bids.
