Stan either met or exceeded our expectations as our agent when selling our home. His suggested list price for our home was almost identical to the price my wife and I had determined was what we wanted to list the home at. When we met for the first time it was obvious he had done his homework on our property and the surrounding area. We had our first offer on the home in sixteen days and sold the home to that buyer. During the process he would monitor important milestones that needed to occur. If things were not on schedule he would contact the appropriate parties to insure the process would continue as quickly as possible.
