Stan Thomas has 22 years of commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal experience. He is a partner in Realcorp, LLC and has managed the day-to-day operations as Broker of record since 2011. He is recognized as an expert in West Virginia commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate and offers appraisal, brokerage & leasing services to individual, corporate and government clients. He holds appraisal and brokerage designations in the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and Institute for Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
