Opendoor connected us with Stanley. He knew what he was talking about, and communicated ideas very clearly. He was thorough in making sure we understood what was happening. He was very prompt in talking to us and the buyer's agent whenever new information came forward.

The only thing to watch for is that double check that you and he are on the same page. We did have one incident with the house being placed on the market two days earlier than we planned. This was due to eagerness on his part, and us not verifying information on our part. This was a super trivial issue, and everything else about our interaction outshines it.

I would definitely recommend.
