My sister-in-law is a real estate agent in Utah and recommended Starlene Ward to be our realtor up in Washington. My sister-in-law is an excellent realtor and I knew she would recommend an excellent agent who'd get the job done and who'd be someone I could trust. And I wasn't disappointed! Since my husband and I live in Oregon, we were only able to go and look at houses once a week. Starlene would dedicate that whole day to us. But what impresses me the most with Starlene is her ability to make you feel completely at ease, yet confident that she'd get the job done. If she didn't feel confident about the particular house we viewed, she'd let us know her honest opinion. I never felt pressured to buy or do anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. There would be some moments when I'd love a particular house, she'd do all the paper work for the offer, then I'd back out because I didn't feel good about it anymore. She never once complained and happily did whatever made my husband and I wanted, no matter the work that'd all ready gone into it. I would recommend Starlene to my friends because she makes this long terrible process into an enjoyable experience. She is honest with her opinions and will not pressure you into just any home. She gets the job done with more than a few laughs along the way. We love her and are grateful for her help. Thanks Starlene!
