I was a first time buyer and Stefan was my realtor honestly he went above and beyond to help me find the house and walked me through the process, I could not imagine finding a better agent.He was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood, he was patient with me and always respond to my texts my calls. I've had the privelege of knowing Stefan as both a friend and former colleague for over 10 years now and I cannot say enough good things about how helpful he was for me in my home buying process.

As a first time buyer and single dad, I wasn't quite sure where to start but Stefan was there every step of the way and helped to educate me and also worked very well with my mortgage lender to ensure I landed in the home that best fit my budget and that would also be in a good neighborhood for my son and I.

Stefan was so nice and patient with me when I don’t know anything about real estate. He helped me through every small step to make sure I would get the right house since this is my first house. I even got the house with an amazing price thanks to his wonderful negotiation/communication skill. You will never go wrong with him and his team at all, they are really professional and extremely fast on the paperwork as well. This is all from my experience with Stefan and I’m really happy that he is my realtor. I will definitely recommend Stefan for all my friends and my family. This was my first experience in buying a home and I was so glad that I met Stefan. He really stood by my side as me and my family searched for our house and he was personable since day one. Whenever I had a question he was always prompt with an answer, and if he didn't know the answer then he would get back to me with as soon as possible the best one he could find. I absolutely cherished his honesty with me.

I never felt pressured with him as I did with the other realtors that I dealt with before I met him and so we made sure to stick with him for the rest of our search.
