5 Stars isn't enough!
So I started the house buying process a couple months ago and I honestly wasn't 100% sure on what I was getting myself into. I was super unsure about a lot of things and and really thought I was in over my head for thinking I can do this. Little did I know I had one of the best Realtors in my corner. Stefani went far and beyond to make this process and painless as possible for me. She went the distance and then some to do things outside her job description to help me through this. The last couple months working with her was a blast, kinda makes me want to start the buying process over again haha. She's super knowledgeable, extremely patient and her dedication is unprecedented. I couldn't have done without her by my side every step of the way. I thank you, a thousand times over. I will definitely point people in her direction that are looking into buying their Dream Home.

Stefani is amazing! She gave us great advice to get our house up to par for sale. She had a stager come out and give us staging advice which helped make our home picture perfect. We had an offer same day! Would highly recommend her.

I was first in contact with Stefani to help me find an apartment when I was moving from New York to Florida. She was very professional, attentive and really got the job done for me and helped me locate a wonderful apartment in Wesley Chapel, Florida. After living in Florida for approximately a year, I wanted to purchase a Condo in the Brandon, Florida area. So I again reached out to Stefani. Again, she was very professional, attentive and walked me through the home buying process, since I had never done this before. She even helped with anything that came up and made phone calls to the lender and made sure all my documents were in place. Even assisted me through a few rough patches with the lender. Stefani helped us buy a house in Wesley Chapel. We had some specific requirements and she patiently suggested homes and took us to see many properties we thought might be suitable (sometimes at very short notice!). She made the buying process very clear, answered our multitude of questions and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with throughout.
Overall, we were very happy with the experience and love our new family home!

Stefani was instrumental in helping me find a comfortable and affordable home in Florida. I lived in New York at the time and wanted to relocate to Florida, but needed to have a place once I arrived. Stefani was very attentive to my needs and always answered her phone when I called her with questions. I have now been in Florida for over a year and I am very happy here, and Stefani helped to make my transition a little easier.

Selling a home can be very stressful but working with Stefani was an absolute pleasure. Stefani was there every step of the way and was always available by phone, text, email or in person when needed. Stefani paid attention to every detail in getting the home staged and was able to get our home sold in just a few days. I could not imagine using anyone else. I would recommend Stefani to anyone I know that is buying or selling a home!
