About Stefanie
“I want people to know that I care a lot, and that I have always tried hard to do the right thing and be a woman of my word.” That’s the legacy that Stefanie Davis wants to leave behind. This passion to be her best in service to others was no doubt inspired by a turbulent upbringing and the critical moves she made to pave her own path in spite of her circumstances.
Stefanie grew up in Dallas, Georgia. Her dad was a carpenter, and her mom stayed at home to raise the children. Their family moved around a lot during her childhood due to financial hardships, which taught Stefanie the desire to work harder to avoid ending up in the same situation, herself. She began working full-time in high school to help her family. Stefanie fondly recalls her Dad’s advice when he told her that her name was everything, and once it was tarnished, it was over. That prompted her to give 110% in everything she does, and that excuses are simply laziness.
Fresh out of school, Stefanie worked for a grading company and then a construction company that focused on repairs and renovations for government owned homes. During this time, she learned valuable lessons about foundational issues, repairs, and renovations, and how those affect home values. Those would prove invaluable lessons later. She had always had a heart for service, so when she met some State Troopers and began talking to them about their work, it’s no surprise that she immediately decided to attend Trooper school. She spent the next seven years serving as a Georgia State Trooper and learning what it takes to make a community safe and secure. She loved the job, but when she became pregnant with her son in 2018, she decided to find a more flexible profession. At the same time, they were purchasing their first home, and that’s when she met the most caring real estate agent who made their move to owning a new home so smooth and pleasant that Stefanie knew she wanted to do the same for others. Combined with the skills she already possessed in that area, she knew she could help others make their next critical and confident move toward achieving the home and lifestyle they deserve. That’s exactly how she became known for the mantra, “Know Your Next Move.”
Today, Stefanie provides move-up buyers with a fast, stress-free, and seamless transition between buying and selling. She’s committed to help first-time homebuyers know their next move through creative problem solving and education. She also excels at assertive negotiations, providing clear expectations, and a get-it-done personality her clients love.
When it comes to improving a home, she leverages her reputable network of home renovation pros for clients who are moving in or moving out. She’s known for getting a home in top shape and show-ready so it moves on the market faster and at full value.
When Stefanie isn’t helping clients make their next move, you can find her gardening, building furniture, or designing creative spaces. She enjoys activities like riding four-wheelers and fishing with her family. She hopes to have more time to travel internationally. Her next big move is to build a real estate team one day so she can help as many people as possible move toward the home and life of their dreams.
