My family and I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Stefanie Mendez and The Bryant Group. Our military orders came quick and required us to move in less than two months. This was our home, but it had to go! Although we've sold homes in the past due to moving, never with this short of notice.

When my family was introduced to Stephanie we knew instantly that she was the one for us. This wasn't are first selling of a home but was the first time we really felt the agent knew the business. She came to the initial meeting with very helpful, honest information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She was super responsive as if you are her only client! Friendly, professional and on-time with every fulfillment. She helped take the pressure off of moving and because of that we sold our home in 30 days!

I recently closed on my house with Stefanie and she made the whole process extremely pleasant and easy. I was a first time buyer, did not know what to expect AND was not in the area I was buying until closing day. She found me desirable housing to look at via email and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Stefanie Mendez reached out to me within 30 minutes of requesting that an agent contact me to see a home that I was interested in.

Our conversation was excellent. We agreed that I would be able to ‘favorite’ homes that Stefanie sent me, which would better filter homes that caught my eye.

High energy and patience are a few qualities of Stefanie’s that made me feel I had made the right choice. She never pretended to know but she made sure to get the right answers (very quickly!). Her effort in helping me find a contractor was a blessing. Even after having closed on the home several weeks later, Stefanie reached out to the seller’s agent to help me find an electrician. This left me reassured that Miss Mendez really had my best interest in mind.

I have to also comment on Stefanie’s bubbly nature. That paired with her knowledge of the real estate market left me reassured that Stefanie would be someone who I would work with moving forward and recommend to my family and closest friends.
