About Stefano
Stefano Pecci has been making waves in the real estate world since 2021. His journey began much earlier, inspired by his mother, a successful loan originator. Growing up, Stefano loved listening to her sales calls and meeting top brokers in California, which ignited his passion for real estate, architecture and design. Specializing in residential real estate across Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and the Phoenix Metro Area, Stefano holds several professional certifications, including being a licensed Real Estate agent in Arizona, an active REALTOR®, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Relocation Expert, and a Certified Real Estate Negotiator.
Stefano’s career kicked off at the Ritz-Carlton, where he learned the ins and outs of hospitality, service, and sales. He then spent time in various steakhouses and bars, honing his skills in service and communication. A chance encounter landed him at Audi North Scottsdale which led to a five-year stint in luxury automotive sales, where he mastered negotiation and top-tier service. Real estate was always his dream, and he made the switch after being a nationally ranked top producer for Audi and Penske Automotive.
Stefano graduated from Mater Dei High School with honors, a top nationally ranked private Catholic High School in Orange County, California. He was a standout athlete on the football team and ran track. His experience as an athlete taught him the value of teamwork, the importance of a strong work ethic, strategic thinking, and pushing himself to his limits. These skills have translated seamlessly into his real estate career, where working in a team setting and striving for excellence are paramount.
