Steve did an amazing job seller our co-op in the Acropolis. He was very knowledgeable of the complete process, he dealt with the management company in getting the buyer approved in the timely manner. He walked us through the entire process with no hiccups at all. If you are looking for someone to sell your co-op or house, Steve is the agent you want representing you.

We met Steve through a Zillow inquiry in December 2021. My husband and I were looking for our first home in Astoria- an expensive market where finding a diamond in the rough is quite difficult. We are so happy we chose to work with Steve. We saw multiple homes together- he was always prompt, communicated well, asked the questions we didn’t know to ask and never forced us into giving an offer. Our schedules were not easy to work with and this was never a problem for Steve. We found our two family home and closed within 60 days. Steve remained available throughout the closing process and helped us immediately and efficiently with everything we needed. He is a people person, loves his job and will go out of his way to help you find the home you are looking for. We recommend him without reservation!

I can't possibly put into words how incredible Steve has been during the whole process of selling my home. From day one, he never stopped and always made what was best for me a priority. He answered every call, text , and/or email I sent... and there were many....but he never made me feel like a bother at all. He was always so kind and professional, but personal in the sense that he makes you feel like he is your friend and truly wants you to be happy....and works so hard to achieve that.
