So "Happy" I was able to work with Stella Tam.Stella worked hard to help me find a good tenant for a room in my house.She made sure a background check was thoroughly done and checked out the work history which is so important. Stella was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.I could depend on Stella and found her to be extremely helpful every step of the way.Stella was very dedicated and always willing to go the extra mile to explain anything I did not understand and helped me through this journey.I had a awesome experience and grateful that Stella was on my side.

Stella was an absolute pleasure to work with! It’s our first time buying a home and we hit many many bumps on the road but, if anyone can get it done it’s Stella! She has so many connections to wonderful lawyers and lenders that got me my very first home. Stella was very responsive and kept me updated the whole way until closing day. We gave her our apartment to help us rent out and she got it accomplished within a month.
She was on top of all the documents we had to sign and fill out. She made the process extremely seamless. She had renters coming almost daily and in the end she got us tenants that were well above qualified.
Stella would go out of her way to make sure you get the best in the fastest turn around possible.

Stella is Awesome, no doubt. It's usually little hard for the First time buyers to get the right property of choice, but with Stella the entire process , from search to close went extremely smooth. She stays connected and updates very frequently until closing of the property. She also have good contacts and helps with attorneys and mortgage companies, if required. I would definitely recommend her for the first time home buyers as she keeps showing properties until it meets your proper requirements. If she is your agent, you won't regret.

I can't say enough good things about Stella Tam. She helped us get our childhood home ready for sale, including massive decluttering -- no small feat for clearing out 30+ years worth of accumulated stuff. There were so many prospective buyers from the very first day of showing, and we received some excellent offers very shortly after. Throughout this time, Stella was so kind to our elderly parents, who still lived in the house, and was incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns that we had along the way. Stella is very effective in all aspects of the job, so I highly recommend her if you need to put your home on the market.

Stella came recommended by my sister. It was during a difficult time for my family and I as we had only a week to look for a place and move out. Our first meeting was at another realtors listing which was very depressing and expensive. I initially thought I was doomed that everything I was going to look at was going to be equally as expensive and depressing. However, I was VERY wrong. I gave Stella my budget and a brief overview of what I was looking for in a rental, and boy did she come through like a super hero... Stella really has a S on her chest 😂
Our second meeting and 3rd house we saw together was the one!! Stella would meet my family and I at all hours of the night to show us the house over and over again. She probably thought we were crazy. Gave my offer and she worked with the other realtor. Once my offer was accepted she made all the paper work very seamless.... Being a long time sales professional myself selling high ticket items one thing I hate is pushy and shady sales people. Stella was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful & reliable to my family and I through out the whole entire process. She always kept in touch through out the Paperwork process and even gave me the push I needed to get the paperwork done because I needed it!! I hate paperwork!! Lol My only issue in this process was with the landlords stupid rules, which is not her fault... Its been 3 weeks since we moved and she still regularly stays in touch with us. This morning I woke up and my bedroom is facing the water and it really made me feel grateful. Few weeks ago I was very sad having to move, but this was probably the best thing that’s ever happened to me waking up in the morning and seeing the harbor from your bedroom window really changes your mood for the day. I’m going to be recommending her to all my family and friends. Stella will be in my family’s life for many years to come. She is awesome!! Give her a call for your next place and you will not be disappointed!! SUPER STELLA!!

We had been looking for a place to call home for the longest time. Then when Stella helped us find our dream property, we were so very very happy. After helping us literally through the entire process (be it answering questions, getting us to the right people for right things) she pretty much handled everything. Especially with where the world is today (post/during Covid-19) she made it possible for us to find a home.
