Stephan is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and owner of a Real Estate franchise. As a licensed Real Estate Instructor with New York State, he teaches for numerous reputable Real Estate Schools in downstate New York. He is one of the youngest instructors at his local board, the Long Island Board of Realtors, and has several original courses approved for continuing education. His straightforward teaching methods have earned him favorable reviews from many students and institutions.
