Stephan Robinson

Stephan Robinson, an Associate Broker at Aloha Kona Realty, began his real estate career in Texas in 1999, focusing on industrial property sales and leasing with Coldwell Banker Commercial. He later joined a land specialty group, forming partnerships to acquire strategic land for development and brokering deals for residential, commercial and industrial developers. Stephan also founded Townsite Homes, a Houston based developer of Luxury "urban style" townhomes.
In 2008, h e established Ardent Realty Group, also known as Ardent Hardcastle Real Estate, a full service commercial brokerage that facilitated hundreds of transactions across Texas. In 2023, Stephan relocated to Hawaii's Big Island for its exceptional climate and lifestyle, continuing his passion for real estate in an idyllic setting.
