Stephan Sitzai

Stephan Sitzai is a listing agent at Houwzer. With a background that includes advertising, sales, as well as event management for several area non-profit organizations, he brings his diverse skills to work for his clients every day. Originally from Central PA, he lived in various areas of Philadelphia for over 25 years including Center City and South Philadelphia. He currently lives in the Spruce Hill section of West Philadelphia. He absolutely loves the city and can't imagine living anywhere else. He thrives on helping people reach their goals and getting to know them through the process. When he's not helping clients, Stephan enjoys spending time with good friends at many of our city's great cultural events, restaurants, and nightspots.
