" Stephanie worked with me patiently for months as a buyer & seller to help me find what I wanted, despite my lack of motivation, my pickiness and a crazy real estate market. She was fantastic at getting me motivated to find a house while coordinating the marketing of my existing home really well. She immediately got to work and had several homes a week for me to view, while at the same time responding to calls and meeting lots of prospective buyers at my old home. She helped me to coordinate around my work from home schedule showing my current house while I was out viewing other houses to buy. I saw a home that I liked in the area and asked her about it. Stephanie had already sent the listing to me, but reminded me it was over my price range. She agreed to show it to me if we reached out to my lender to confirm I could still afford the higher price, especially with my existing home still on the market for sale. She coordinated things expertly with my lender and I was able to get the home under contract. My new home exceeded my expectations beyond what I was looking for in a fully renovated interior and a nice yard with the location I wanted. Stephanie quickly got us in to see the home as the first showing. When I asked what I should do I took her advice, and we ended up asking the full list price on the written offer. The seller accepted our offer and we were able to close quickly with a good local Attorney. I highly recommend Stephanie if you are looking to buy and/or sell. She is very experienced. She knows the market and how to negotiate to get you the best deal possible whether you are buying, selling or both. Mike Long
