Stephanie Boegeman

Growing up with a dad in real estate, she knew from an early age it was in her blood. After college, she spent a few years in the banking industry helping people navigate the mortgage lending process and then moved into the insurance industry where she sold insurance and investment products. While she enjoyed both professions, in 2002 she decided she could no longer resist her passion and she made the decision to follow her dad's footsteps and become a realtor. She is a native Minnesotan (and a self-proclaimed Lake Girl) who has lived in the west metro her entire life. She grew up in Minnetonka, had lived in Eden Prairie and Shakopee and had spent the past 20+ years with her husband and their two children in Chaska where their children attended school from Kindergarten through High School. Education is extremely important to her. She is a graduate of Eden Prairie High School, completed her undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College, her master’s degree at Mankato State University and completed a Mini-MBA in Real Estate at the University of Saint Thomas. She holds the following real estate designations: MN Real Estate Broker’s license (held by only 22% of realtors), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS-held by only 3% of realtors), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) as well as many top sales awards (Executive, 100% Club, and Platinum level). She stays current by actively participating in continuing education courses, seminars, webinars, podcasts, and industry conferences. She has taught First Time Homebuyer (Homestretch) classes for Carver County CDA for 15+ years. When she is not working, her favorite place to unwind is anywhere on or near the water. You can find her reading a book on the deck at our lake home, cruising on the pontoon or floating in the water. While the hours are crazy and the real estate business can be stressful, she loves this career and would not trade it for anything. She collaborates with homebuyers and sellers in all phases of homeownership.
