I can not say enough good things about Stephanie and her team at Move Realty. Honestly she was a God send! She was not only professional and helpful but also extraordinarily knowledgeable. She answered her phone and text almost immediately every time I had need of her. She was there to calm my nerves, keep me assured and comfortable through the entire process of not only selling our home but also purchasing land all at once; nerve wracking situation to say the least. If it wasn’t for her I probably would’ve crumbled long before it was over lol. As it were we sold our house beyond top dollar and and purchase land at a bargain. We have had the (dis)pleasure of navigating the home buying and selling process numerous times over the years and have seen everything from decent, to lazy, to downright incompetent agents. Whatever your past experience may have been, I can honestly say that Stephanie will WORK FOR YOU. She is a high energy, tireless champion for her clients and, no matter the challenges you face on either side of the process, she has the knowledge and connections to guide you through the entire process with relative ease. Our objective was not an easy undertaking. In fact, it took the entirety of two months for us to even decide on selling our home as we truly loved it. Stephanie never pressured us in any way. She set realistic expectations concerning pricing and market timing and remained in touch as we sat on it for a while. At the end of the day, she wanted us to be happy with whatever decision we made and, when we ultimately made the call to list our home, she hit the ground running and remained a steady source of encouragement through all of the ups and downs of the process.

Let no one convince you that their process will be easy and painless. There is no such thing when you find yourself in the housing market. There is always a catch, especially with all of the "big agency" shills out there. When you choose an agent, you want the one that will treat your interests as their own; who knows their market; who is familiar with the games commonly played by unethical agents; and who has established relationships in the community you wish to settle in, both in real estate and beyond. We chose Stephanie because we had made the choice to remain in Barrow county and not go (back) to Oconee. We had our reasons and we wanted an agent who understood those, took pride in the Barrow community, and knew it like nobody else. Stephanie could live anywhere she desires....but she has CHOSEN Barrow county. She serves her clients as an agent and she serves her community in numerous other endeavors, not the least of which is as a member of the Barrow County Board of Education. She believes in the place she calls home and, once you experience the level of service and knowledge that she brings to the table, you will believe in HER!

You can absolutely go wrong when buying or selling a home if you don't do your due diligence when selecting an agent. That said, I can wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie as the most exemplary agent we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a true gem in this industry and after all has been said and done, we are happy to also call her our friend. She is a wonderful PERSON and you'll not go wrong with her at your side.
