Stephanie is a founding partner of The Butler/Swayne Team, along with her sister, Lisa Swayne. With a background in hospitality, Stephanie is the guru of customer service. After working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, then AT&T during the 1996 Olympics, she created specialized corporate events for clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, MetLife, Georgia-Pacific, Southern Company, and Pfizer at Production Group International.

Stephanie resides in Milton with her husband and three children, where she is extensively involved in the Milton community and her children’s school. She is a graduate of Georgia State University's College of Business Administration.
