Stephanie Carfagna

Stephanie Carfagna grew up right here on scenic Claytor Lake, in the heart of the New River Valley! This locally-oriented background lends her a unique knowledge of the area that she can share with her clients to help them make more informed decisions – and she does so with zeal!

Stephanie maintains a close relationship with Virginia Tech after serving in multiple roles within the College of Science and brings her services to the VT community for new faculty and staff members. In addition to her strong ties with our beloved Hokie Nation, Stephanie has worked closely with the U.S. Army Recruiting Company in Blacksburg and is an honorary member of the 1st Medical Recruiting Battalion "Patriots." This affiliation wills Stephanie to specialize in collaborating with veterans of all ages to find homes worthy of honoring their service to our country.

With an additional background in Interior Design, Stephanie can not only effectively negotiate the sale of your house but provide potential buyers with a customized look at their future home, increasing the probability for solid contracts.

Stephanie epitomizes integrity, energy, challenging work, and creative service in every detail of her clients' transactions – no matter which side of the closing table you are on!

Stephanie currently lives in Christiansburg with her husband and Ph.D. Research Scientist, Chuck, their teenage son, Landon, and their dogs, Gracie, and Rose.
