Stephanie was patient and encouraging while assisting me in the sale of my home. She has 5 stars in the communication category as she was very responsive and shared her knowledge of real estate. At our initial meeting she presented an overview of the process and information regarding my property that was detailed. Her crew staged my home, which was part of the service she provides, and presented it in a fashion that grew interest. I recommend Stephanie for her knowledge, understanding, and her capacity to get my home sold in 15 days.

Stephanie Christmas is excellent at what she does! I am so grateful I chose her to be my agent! I am living in my dream home in the Bay Area because of her negotiation skills and extensive knowledge in her industry! Throughout her many years of experience, Stephanie has cultivated so many relationships that proved very helpful in our daily search for my dream home.

Stephanie walked me through the entire process, answered any and every question I had,and I had many, she was quick, fast and efficient! Stephanie really took the time to advocate for me and made sure to send me daily updates on homes within my budget and made appointments for me to view these homes almost immediately! I truly believe I would not be a homeowner in the Bay Area were it not for the hard work of Stephanie.

I think the most important decision you can make in a competitive market like the Bay Area is who you are going to trust to advocate for you and keep you informed with each step in this process. When you step into your dream home for the first time, before you enter into negotiations, who can you trust will do everything in their power to make sure you are the strongest candidate to be considered for that home? For me, Stephanie, was the best choice I could have made and I am very happy. Stephanie is one of the most patient, professional and kindest agents I have ever worked with. Her approach is grounded in humility, thoughtfulness and care. I most likely would have ended my search in the first month if it wasn't for Stephanie's encouraging words. As I reflect upon my experience, I actually had fun (about 70% of the time) and I believe that is largely due to Stephanie (especially her stories and deep insight).
