Hands down Stephanie is the best! I contacted Stephanie because I was behind on my mortgage payments and was facing foreclosure. I was extremely stressed but Stephanie assured me that we would be able to sell my home. Stephanie worked diligently around the clock to help me sell my home before the deadline. We were able to sell my home in 30 days!! We just closed on Friday. I am so happy with the results. After we closed Stephanie contacted me to make sure I was at peace with everything which means she does not just care about the sell, but she also cares about how the client feels. I think that’s extremely important. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in Maryland or DC.

As my seller agent, Stephanie is beyond extraordinary. I had a Custom and also very unique Post and Beam home in a secluded location. Of which, there were none comparable to it in the DC/Maryland/Virginia Metro area. My home had previously been on the market for a year without any viable offers. Stephanie took it on with a promise to sell. Her incredible marketing skills kicked in and soon I was getting interest across the US with a lot of showings. Her "expert" level capabilities and determination to go the extra mile made this very different and difficult sale possible. I would give her 1000 stars if I could.
