I'm Stephanie Custodio, the Principal Broker Owner of Custodio Realtors. For 13 years, I’ve proudly helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across Rhode Island.

My primary focus is in Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket — the areas where I’ve lived and worked my whole life — but I am licensed to assist buyers and sellers anywhere in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

I hold the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Certification from the National Association of Realtors, enabling me to effectively serve buyers and sellers of distressed properties. I’m also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), a designation that reflects my specialized training and commitment to representing the best interests of homebuyers throughout the entire purchase process.

I'm a member of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and have received their Diamond Sales Award multiple times for outstanding sales achievement. I also had the wonderful opportunity to be featured as a Realtor on HGTV.

My brokerage has been serving the community for over 45 years, and I’m honored to continue its tradition as a locally owned, independent agency based in Pawtucket.
