Stephanie Deeds knows Tarrant County! Born and raised in Arlington, I know the area better than most. I am a graduate of Arlington’s Martin High School, and a proud member of the Class of 2004 from Texas A&M University. (Whoop!) Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, I can assist you with any and all of your real estate needs.
Since getting my Real Estate License, I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients. I love watching the excitement and anticipation that a first time homebuyer experiences, and being there to help them through what can be a daunting process. I also relish in learning the stories and hearing the life experiences of the empty nesters who are selling the home they have loved living in for decades and looking for a home where they will retire. Growing families, relocations, no matter the circumstance, I will be your go-to-girl when it comes to selling your current home, finding you a new one, and can even work with you to do both at the same time!
I have earned designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, as well as an Accredited Buyers’ Representative, and plan to pursue the Certified Real Estate Specialist designation next. I have consistently earned a place in the RE/MAX Executive Club as well as the 100% Club. Just this year I have helped 30 families buy or sell property, and have considered it a privilege to be a part of their family myself for the time we got to work together. I maintain relationships with my clients and am always here to help, even after our transaction together has closed!
