About Stephanie

My first visit to Plant City was nearly two decades ago, when I met my husband Chuck in a very non-conventional way - at the local fire station. After we married and settled into our home on his family-inherited land. I began to design and draw plans for our forever home. To make this dream of moving from a mobile home to our custom home a reality, I knew I had to make a career change.

In 2019, my career in Real Estate began with a desire to buy and renovate homes with a focus on quality and integrity. I was born and raised in Hillsborough County, Florida, and spent the first part of my career and most of my life working in my family's residential construction business. I have a vast knowledge of kitchen & bath renovation and love the design process. I’m eager to share my knowledge with others.

With nearly 6 years of real estate experience and a background in construction, I vow to help others achieve their dreams of homeownership a reality.
