About Stephanie

Stephanie and Dick Franklin, real estate specialists since 1980,
have a long successful history as multi-million dollar sales
producers on the Westside and the Valley; and past history as
assistant managers, and as co-managers of a real estate office
on the Westside.
Their loyal clients appreciate their thoroughness, their combined
expertise and their client service throughout the real estate

Dick Franklin holds a broker’s license and was first licensed
to sell real estate in 1958. After graduating from UCLA, he
was in his family owned securities business for 21 years. He
has worked full time in real estate since 1979. His charitable
activities include being a Little League Coach, a Big Brother,
and a reading tutor with the Los Angeles School District literacy
program, Koreh LA.
Stephanie Franklin, a UCLA honors graduate and former UCLA
master school teacher, has been licensed since 1980. She
has been a volunteer in the Los Angeles County Museum of
Art Museum Service Council, a Twin Vision Braille Transcriber,
a Junior Great Books Instructor, and a KOREH L.A. literacy
volunteer.
The Franklins are widely respected for their integrity and high
ethical standards, and attribute their success in real estate
to a high degree of professionalism and commitment to their
profession.
