Stephanie is hands down the best realtor we have ever used. She is also a wonderful person. Moving to a new state comes with its own set of complications and anxieties; Stephanie help alleviate all of these. She was transparent through the entire process and even let us virtually tour houses from a few states away. We ended up buying our house without having set foot in it personally, and she did not steer us wrong. We will hopefully never move again, but if we do, we will always use her. We will also be recommending her to everyone we know. We would rate her 10 stars out of 5 if we could.

When choosing a real estate agent, consider this...How many real estate agents have been a city zoning and platting commissioner and also have an MBA?

Ms. Hale was a consummate professional, friendly, knowledgeable, proactive and a great negotiator. I never had to wait for an update and she always had a well thought out plan of action. Stephanie is the perfect partner when investing in real estate.

One of a kind realtor- Five stars aren’t enough - Stephanie is one outstanding realtor on all levels!! My home had 4 offers the first day on the market and a revolving door of showings that day - 22 showings. Her communication with the buyer’s realtor and myself was phenomenal- That was the key to the success in selling my home in a quick and professional manner. I kept seeing Mark Spain Real Estate commercials on television. More than once l watched and did nothing. After an unsucessful attempt to work with another company, I finally reached out to Mark Spain Real Estate. Stephanie Hale was the agent who quickly responded and came out to talk with us. A few things about Ms. Hale immediately jumped out at me. First, she was empathetic in terms of understanding the difficulty we were experiencing emotionally with the idea of selling property that had belonged to our deceased parents. That was huge. Second, she wowed us with her knowledge of seemingly all faucets of the real-estate industry. When you think about working with a company as large as Mark Spain, it can be daunting. However, very quickly we came to realize that we were valued as potential customers from the very first phone call. We believe Ms. Hale has our best interest at heart. Our family has been embraced by the Mark Spain Real Estate team: Stephanie Hale - Sales Consultant/Realtor, Cherokee Drone Services Photography Team, and Kyndal Weber - Client Concierge. We are early in the process and I can't wait to see how everything thing works out. I'm encouraged.

Stephanie was an excellent realtor. My house was under contract in less than a week. She was very attentive to our needs. She was efficient and quick to answer any and all of our questions. Even on days when I was in panic mode Stephanie kept me calm and focused. Whenever I had a question or concern she handled it right away. I would highly recommend her.
