I would wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anybody I know who is looking for a Realtor. I was a first time home buyer, and I had a very difficult time finding a Realtor who would listen to what I actually wanted and who would put forth the time and effort to make me feel like they wanted to help me. Stephanie was my last in a long string of Realtors, but I soon as we met, I knew I had found the one. Even though she knew I had spent time with other Realtors, she explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that I understood the entire home buying process. When making offers on houses, she always fought to get me the best deal possible and did everything to make sure that I was comfortably with the process. Stephanie also recommended a whole team of people with whom I also worked (lender, attorney, etc). It was clear that my team included people who work together frequently and have a system worked out to make everything run smoothly. After we had an accepted contract, we closed in two weeks! I cannot thank Stephanie for helping me find (and purchase!) my dream house!

Stephanie is one of the top Realtors in Bolingbrook. She listens to all your wants and needs you are looking for in a house and will find it for you in a prime location. She works with you and helps you every step of the way never leaving your side and will stay in constant contact with you while your house is either being sold or if you are buying a new home. Her expertise in realestate is amazing and I would refer her to any of my family or friends if they are looking to buy or sell. If you want someone to work with you no matter what the circumstance is she is the one.
