At 17 years old, this proud Chicagoan arrived in Washington D.C. for the first time to attend college. Stephanie fell in love with the city so much that she relocated to the area after graduating from Howard University decades ago. Her passion for the real estate industry began in 2003. Stephanie, who was looking to invest, quickly realized the need for real estate professionals and took matters into her own hands by getting her license.

A few things Stephanie learned from Chicago and Howard University—where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting—remain with her today; understanding how to manage and maximize your money, the importance of learning, teaching & education, and most of all HOW TO WIN. Each of Stephanie’s clients gain more than a property, they gain an understanding of how to be a successful and smart property owner. Stephanie is a consistent and accessible resource for her clients. Stephanie’s 30-year career in accounting, finance, technology, and project management has honed her ability to excel at organization, coordination, and execution of her clients’ goals.

She is blessed to work with her husband of 30+ years, Gregory. Stephanie and Gregory are steadfast in their mission to provide people with the keys to building wealth through real estate. With more than 17 years of real estate experience in Maryland and the District of Columbia, Stephanie specializes in relocation, residential (Buyers and Sellers) Probate, and investment properties. Her dedication to clients and her community has landed recognition from HGTV’s House Hunters.

Stephanie is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
