Stephanie Joedecke

Promoting positive growth in neighborhoods and surrounding communities. Stephanie hails from Indiana and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University. She began her career in sales as a gallery director for Thomas Kinkade Signature Gallery in Indianapolis. In 2004 Stephanie made the move from Indiana to Georgia; it’s been a great move for her! A position in Economic Development for the Gwinnett Chamber put Stephanie in the unique position to really immerse and learn about Metro Atlanta and Gwinnett County. The Gwinnett Chamber identified her strengths in planning and organizing. Stephanie was central to the establishment of a multi-year community development initiative called Partnership Gwinnett. In 2007, Stephanie earned her real estate license and began working as an on-site agent for a local homebuilder. “Starting in a down market forced me to look at real estate through a different lens. It was definitely not for the faint of heart. Watching people lose what they work their whole life for has taught me a lot.” In 2008, Stephanie was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” by the North Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR). Stephanie expanded her real estate business when she made a move to general real estate in 2010 with a large brokerage office in Duluth, GA. She soared to the top 20% of agents for sales volume in 2012. She now is proud to call SUN REALTY GROUP, LLC in Braselton, GA her home. “In my real estate practice, I am committed to being educated on the current market conditions, delivering a high level of communication, and providing an effective plan to find your next home and/or get your home SOLD!” In addition to raising three beautiful children with her husband Jim, Stephanie enjoys being involved in her neighborhood Women’s Club, attending church, golfing, running, and exercising.
